The WD Photos app has worked perfectly. Now it errors out saying cannot find device (701)
The dashboard on my PC connects to it, and WD2go app works.
Even the website wd2go.com works.
It will not work on my iphone and ipad. Same error.
I have cleared the cache, and on the iphone I even reinstalled the app.
What is the problem? I cannot figure it out.
