I registered at Mionet, but the Login failed on my ipad2 using the WDPhotos app. Error Message: username or Passwort wrong. I already renewed a New Passwort, but the Same error appears. It’s definitly correct.

Hi there, do you use the app on a SS, MBW or Hub? After registering, you need to make sure the service is enabled on the device before it can work.

I use the app on the MBW device and remote access is currently enabled. But, could it be that I must use the app in another different network? Until now I tried the app only in my home network. Thanks in advance!
