I got my MYBOOK LIVE about 2 months ago and deleted the Shared Pictures folder (not knowing it was needed) thinking it was easier to drag ‘n’ drop the whole pictures folder i had on my internal drive straight into the MYBOOK drive. Now consequently i cant get my photos on the iphone app, Is there a way I can re-create or restore the folder? I’ve tried simply making a new folder and giving it the appropriate name but this doesn’t seem to work.
You’ll have to make a factory reset…
Will this (facory reset) wipe the drive or not? As it is 1/2 full ind I don’t have the room 2 back it all up.
Yep, the manu option says it’s a full factory reset, so the data is going out.
