if it was a hard shutdown i would wait at lease 24hrs
what are the LEDs by the Ethernet cable doing?
what happended before the white LED?
The ethernet LED do not light at all
I think it is in a state during the rebooting-process that I initiated using the we interface
The other times I did the rebooting (to make the device visible in the file explorer) the white-blinking state would last only very short to become static blue in the end.
Only this time it some got stuck white blinking.
For Info: It is not reachable by its static IP adress
I have 800GB on it
Guess I have to dare to unplug it if it doesnt get over this state by itsself by tmrw evening…
with no lights on the ethernet port it could be a LAN issue, try changing the cable or removing and reinserting the plugs.
with a normal reboot it should just take a few minutes, 15 max. I would pull the plug and force a reboot
Ok, I pulled the plug, put it back, it rebooted and is visible in my explorer (on wind8.1) Hope that keeps
