Transferring complete folders

I need a little help new 3tb my cloud trying to load it up with music and movies but i cant transfer my complete music or movie folders only loads all folders but no content dose this half to be done by files or how should i go about it  

This is my first post ever so go easy thanks

Folders with files in them should copy over fine. Have you mapped your  cloud shares on your computer? Then you just need to drag and drop the folders
