Hi, I need advice if I’m able to connect the storage via etherent lan port to a router and access (wireless sharing) by few computers

Yes, as long as the wireless computers are on the same network as the router/mycloud, you can access it directly.  If not, there are a few option such as FTP, wd2go, etc…
