MyCloud causing "Not Responding" message for my Programs

As I write this message, I am waiting for my file to save. It has been 30 Minutes, and now my Task Manger is stating my Quick Books is Not Responding. This happens about 90% of the time, I don’t want to have to drag and drop, even that takes about 15-20Minutes at best. This issue pretty much cripples my Laptop and I cannot do much. Eventually I have to manually turn my computer off risking the fact my work is to go unsaved.

This is absolutley defeating the purpose of buying MyCloud, I was better off using Go To My PC.

Solutions?

Hi Pref-Acc, welcome to the WD Community. Have you verified if this problems happens just with Quick Books or with any other file you copy manually? If possible also try to save the same type of file from another PC, this will help to narrow down the cause of the problem.
