Any ideia to resolve this?
If you cannot access web UI, I think you should try 40-second reset procedure in manual.

Hi have acces to UI but in dashboard have the critical error on diagnostic.
As ThreeEyeMinion says, try the 40 second reset. You will lose all the user settings but you won’t lose any data.
turn off the machine by either pulling the cord, or if you do have web ui, shut it down normally
pull the cord out
push in the reset button with a pin… keep holding it in with the power off…
now with your 3rd hand, plug in the power while holding in the reset button… keep holding
keep holding for 40 seconds while the machine powers on…
now let go of the reset button… and breath…
You might see initialization on your panel and this may take several hours… while the white light blinks.
Hopefully this should do it.
If not, you may have to call WD to get your drive replace.
post up to tell us your results…
good luck

before 40 seconds reset… my dashboard continuous with the same error !
When try the user register…
And when i access to dashboard
so I only have one last thing for you… since you have access to the WebUI interface in a way this is a good sign; it means that the linux within your device has booted up and is running. The bad news is that something is preventing it from mounting your drive.
Try checking and updating your firmware again. if you get a message that your firmware is up to date, try downloading it manually using this link http://www.wd.com/wdproducts/updates/?family=wdfmycloud_s then updating it manually.
call WD tech support when all else fails…
Good luck
