Dashboard no longer works after update

Hello,

Just bought a WD MyCloud 2TB.
I went through the setup. I opened the browser dashboard UI ( http://wdmycloud/) and updated the firmware.

After the update it restarted but now I cannot open the dashboard UI again.
I can still see the drive in my network and access it as file storage. 
I can still access Twonky server at  http://192.168.1.67:9000/ but I cannot access the dashboard anymore at  http://192.168.1.67 or at  http://wdmycloud/

I have tried multiple browsers (IE10, Chrome, Firefox). Tried clearing my cache. Also did a reset using the reset button and it is still not working.

Please advise. Thank you.

One more thing…the LED is blue.

Anyone? Please returning it and having it fix will probably take another month.

Is there any way to reinstall the firmware using the USB port on the device?

Have you tried rebooting the Wd My cloud? Just pull the power plug and replug it in.  Also try flushing dns

I did unplug and replug and also dns flushing. Still no dashboard.

I contacted support (by email) 4 days ago and still no reply.

Any ideas?

Did you try on another computer? Did you enable ssh before?
