DLNA Video recognised as music file

WD My Cloud started recognising video as music files. When I access the drive from a DLNA enabled TV, all my videos had a music icon and they wouldn’t play as a video. The same happened when I accessed the Twonky webpage from my computer, the videos were listed as music.

I switched off sharing and re-enabled it again and then everything went back to normal and videos are playing ok again.

Does anybody know what could have caused this? I’m using the latest firmware.

This is really odd i haven’t experienced this on my unit did something in particular happen when you had this  issue? Perhaps somehow Twonky got corrupted but this should no be normal you can also try to restart twonky instead of disabling sharing,  and that could have fixed it.
