I hooked up new 4TB MyCloud to router and powered up. The led momentarily flashed white then remained a constant white. I waited 15 minutes (manual said it could take up to 3 minutes). The blue led never appeared and the drive was making a clicking sound. Is this normal or is it DOA?
Clicking sound is not a good sign…
That’s what I thought. I’ve ordered a replacement from Amazon and I’ll give that a go.
