Apple Pages file becomes a folder

I’ve tried it with the Mac application (OS X 10.9), iPhone app and iPad app. All of them recognize a .pages file (from Apple Pages 5.0.1) as a folder. The earlier version of Pages is recognized in the correct way, as a single file.

The problem occurs with the new Apple Pages.
