I recently bought a my cloud 4tb hard drive. I put about 300GB worth of movies and tried streaming them with the app on my Samsung Note 3. Some work but a lot are either giving me audio or video errors and will not play either the audio or video. I downloaded MX player thinking that would solve it but to no avail. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Some files are avi some are mkv. Seems to be a prolem across the board and not with just one file type.
Hi, check that the video files are compatible with the video player you are using, try downloading other video player apps to see if you get better results.
