Only public shares are visible on wd photo when connecting via iPhone

Hello

I want to view photos in my shares that are not public and cant see them when I connect via my iphone.

Happens when I am on the same network or connecting via the cloud

Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community.

I’d recommend using the WD My Cloud app instead of WD Photos if you want to access private shares.

thank you very much for the tip.  The only problem with the other app is that there are no thumbnails
