Missing Downloadmanager feature. Continue aborted downloads not possible

Dear Support-Team,

on my WD I have stored files with more than 1gb of size.

Unfortunately it seems not to be possible to download these files with WD myCloud as the connection seems to terminate.

It would be perfect if you implement a downloadmanager feature (just like in the old days) which is able to continue aborted downloads. At the current state the downloading option is useless for me, as I can’t finish the downloads.#

Are there any tips for improving the results?

my Setup is:

OSx (latest updates installed)

WD myCloud 1.0.4

WD myBook Live Duo 4gb (latest firmware - as far as I know)

Cable Modem on both ends (4mps upload and 100+mps download)
