Hi, I connected my Samsung s5 with my cloud and installed the app. I selected the option back up photos and videos. I have in total over the 400 photos and 50 videos, but it backup only 240 photos and 0 videos. What could be the problem???

Hi Larry,

I checked the status, its working. The photos and videos are at one location. I am at home, so i have wifi ,thats not the problem. Its realy wierd.
