Windows PC will not connect, android will

I use both the mycloud clients for both PC (windows 8 and client 1.0.5.41)  and Android… (most recent on Google play)   When I’m connected to the SAME wifi network at the office,  the PC client will NOT connect (timeout), and the Android one will.   (When I’m at home both will connect).   it’s the same userid/code used to configure both clients.        if I sniff the network traffic on the PC, the DNS lookup for the NAS is failing…(not sure what the android one is using though  since it works!)

Hello, you might have some limitations on your office network. Have you tried connecting the My Cloud directly to the PC? 

It’s not the network as both the PC and the mobile phone are using the same wif network to connect to the remote server…
