WD3T - Unable to view a public folder from my iphone / ipad

I have some MP4 movies in a public folder that I can view from a laptop both at home or remotely but I cannot see them when I use my iphone or ipad (I could see them but now I can’t) I’ve rebooted everything, I’ve added other file types but still I can’t see anything.

I have other MP4 movies in another public folder which can be seen from all devices.

Can you help?

Problem solved.

I created another folder, cut & pasted some films across and found  that they were now visible on the other devices. When I selected them all and moved them across, they disappeared again. 

So I moved them across in bunches, while checking the mobile device, until I found the ‘bad egg’. 

Hey presto, the files are all visible again.
