WD Smartware free Upgrade to Smartware Pro - Error

Smartware says I have a free upgrade to Smartware Pro.

I need two drives being backed up and when I look at retrieval I only see one. I’m hoping Pro will have a better interface so I can gain confidence that both drives are being backed up.

Anyway when I try to upgrade it says I’ve entered the wrong email please contact customer service. The email I entered is the one that is listed in the registration.

What’s the solution?

Open up WD SmartWare and click on the Help tab. At the bottom click on Online User Manual. Open up the version and language you need. Between what is shown in Help and the User Manual you should be able to find the answer to all your problems.
