WD Quickview doesn't always detect WD My Cloud

Normally I have to reboot my pc for it to work. What is th go?

I also see at times it doesn’t even detect my WD router!

Hello, try setting a static IP for the My Cloud. Check page 81 of the manual for more information.

This is hopeless. WD Quick View…is not showing my cloud or my net router.
