Recently WD Photos won’t upload photos under wifi. I have a WD MyCloud with latest 4.00.01-623 firmware.
Is there anyway to check which part is the problem? Firmware, or network?

What error you get when you try to upload a picture?
Took new pictures, but my phone won’t upload any photos. I once rebooted WD MyCloud, photos uploaded again, but later no more uploads.
I read the ratings in Google Play and I found that some users also have this problem, i.e., reboot the NAS to let auto uploading to work again, and reboot it again if auto upload stops working
any technical will work on this issue?
