WD Photos show the unaccess folder with i-OS and android

WD Photos app still show the unaccess (cannot R/W) folder with i-OS and android. 

But My Cloud app was not show for the unaccess folder.

Could you help to fix this issue in WD Photos app for i-OS and android.

Hello, have you tried uninstalling the WD Photos app and then reinstalling it again?

I just try to reinstall again with i-OS and login with limited user but no access folder for this user still showing.

WD Photos only works with the Public/Shared Pictures folder.

What error are you seeing?   A screenshot would help…

I was created new folder and turn off public mode and also created another user with “No Access” to the new folder.

So, WD Photos should not show the unaccess folder with this user but it still there.

Note: WD My Cloud is corrected, it was not show the unaccess folder for limit users.
Only  WD Photos that still show ** unaccess folder** for limit users.
