Hi to all,

  1. on mycloud there is a account called “testuser” an another “private”.

  2. I loadded pichtures in the private folder - for  this folder “testuser” has no access.

  3. i loaded on my iphone the wd photo app registered for “testuser” 

  4. i connected with the “testuser”-account

after initialization i can see the whole folder structure of all user folders, also the folder structure of the “private” folder.

Is this normal or whats the problem here.

There’s something wrong in here. WD Photos doesn’t even let you see data for any folder other than Shared Pictures inside Public. Are you sure you’re not using WD2go instead?
