Since the update of the app in September/October I have not been able to send a email link using either my iPhone 5s or iPhone 6. Email body is black.
It works fine from my iPad however I have tried numerous iPhones and the problem seems to be there. I have factory reset My CLoud fully and the problem exsists.
Has anyone expeiereced similar problems and manged to resolve it.
Is it a bug in the MyCLoud app or IOS for iPhone software.
Try rebooting the iPhone using the two-button method as described in iPhone manual by pressing the round home button and the top button both pressed at same time and held down until a reboot occurs.
Well, I am out of ideas, since I have iPhone 5c, wife has 5s and we each have iPads/Gen3 and all work OK. Time to call WD phone support to get someone on the line that czn help you further. Good luck.
