I have 2 MOV files with different resolution stored in my NAS, one is 1080, another one is lower (not sure what resolution…could be 720). The one with lower resolution can play well…but My Cloud app in iPad can’t play 1080 video. Is it the limitation? Or I missed out some settings?

When i Playied 1080 video, the iPad showed in still image and it was only mono (green colour).
