Hi,

Thanks for the answer. I can view other files, and if I download an individual song it will play on the WD MP3 player. But I can’t download the whole HD to my phone! Any ideas why this is happening? I have cleared the cache,  I even rest the phone to factory settings and reinstalled everything.
