Network Name Cannot be Found

I have a MBL 3TB which I am trying to access remotely with my PC running Windows 7 64-bit using wd2go.com.  I am able to access the various shares on the MBL, but which I click on “Open In Explorer”, I get the message “The Network Name Cannot Be Found”.  I am assuming that the problem is with Windows 7 64-bit as:

I can open shares on both my iPhone–using the wd2go app–and on my MacBook Pro–using wd2go.com.

I have the same problem  whether I use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome

Have latest version of Java installed

Any ideas/help greatly appreciated.  I contact WD support several times and there solutions have not been helpful and/or do not seem relevant to the problem as if they did not understand the issue.

I have the same issue. How did you resolve?

Same issue…but latest java update broke it completely. Can’t even see the shares now.
