My Cloud iOS app not showing folder content

I have a 4tb My Cloud with a 4tb My Book attached. On the MC drive I store movies, the MB drive TV shows and Music.

The My Cloud app on my iPhone and iPad will not show any folders within the Music folder yet the TV folder shows all sub folders. It’s as though the Music folder is empty.

I also have a Galaxy Tab 3 which happily shows all sub folders within the Music folder.

Anybody have an answer please as this is driving me crazy :angry:

Have you tried rescanning?
