**My Cloud app freezing while streaming on iPad....new issue**

Hello all!

I was hoping someone can help solve my problem. I have had my MyBookLive for over a year now. It’s 3T and 71% full. I use it to stream movies and tv shows to my iPad using the MyCloud app. I haven’t had any issues until very recently. Now when I stream anything, it freezes during playback anywhere from 1-6 times while I’m watching a show. I can see on the playback bar that it has stopped buffering. The only thing that fixes it is when I completely close the app and restart it. Does anyone know why this problem may have started? Do I have too much loaded onto the drive even though its only at 71%?

I have got music or video playing now on my Ipad through a Apple TV Air Playing my Samsung TV and using the WDMC as source for the music/videos.

Not sure how you are playing your music/videos directly because I don’t have MBL. I did notice this same thing was the case when you are using a Android Phone or Device, it freezes and plays it hacking via the My Cloud app.
