My Cloud Mobile App has problems

The latest My Cloud Mobile App 4.1.0 has a problem. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and when I am on Wi-Fi I often get the following for any shares, folders or files I try to open. See image below.

I turn Wi-Fi off, use 4G and everything works fine.
