Latest Update does not work on Android

I updated My Cloud on Tuesday for my Samsung Tab 8.9 while on way out of town and got " No access to device" message.

Then I updated my Samsung Tab 3 7" after having arrived my destination in SoCal, I started having “No access to device”.

I became worried about updating my cell phone yesterday on Wednesday Jan. 29.

I just updated my HTC ONE a few minutes ago, I got the same message.

Then I tried on my Apple MacBook Pro, as expected, I got the same message.

I will be out of town for two weeks and I lost access to all my files, photos, music and videos completely.

Please help.

Have you tried the app on each device again since then. I received the message on my cell phone yesterday about the update just as I was leaving my house to go to Barnes and Noble. I clicked on Update and continued on my drive. After arriving at Barnes and Noble I tried the app and received the same message, I wondered what was wrong since I was connecting by 3G and never had a problem before so I tapped my return arrow and went back to the screen for the app. I tapped the app again and My Cloud opened. I just checked and it is still working.
