Invalid Request (400)

I’m unable to login to my WD MyCloud if I’m outside my wifi network. If I’m inside my wifi network, all works as it should. I’m trying to use the desktop app on a Mac book and the android app on my phone and I get the same failures on both. I might mention that both of these worked great until recently…say about a month ago. The error message I get is a pop up box that says:

WD My Cloud

Invalid Request (400)

 OK

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

Just as a follow up…I have a support request in. I also noticed that I can connect fine from ANY wifi network. I just can’t connect using a data connection although I used to be able to do that without any problem. Also, if I use my phone’s hotspot feature I can connect my Mac to the hotspot and then connect to My Cloud through the phones data connection.
