I can not open subtitles files

Hi,

I can not open subtitles files in movies or series in my tv.

When I access WD MyCloud and select the movie doesn’t open the subtitle.

The subtitle file have the same name of the movie and .srt.

Is there a trick to open or doesn’t work anyway?

Hello, if the files have the subtitles embedded you should be able to see the subtitles from the files, if what you wish to do is run a separate subtitle file the media server software wont be able to support it.
