Can't log on completely to WD2go

I can log on to the main wd2go page but as soon as I put my network password in the page starts to load, shows me how many shares I have, then  I get a page error from IE.  

I’ve tried everything I can think of with no good result. This is what the error message looks like.

  Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem.
