Can't connect to MyBookLive on WD My Cloud app

Hi I’ve been getting this notice (see photo below)  whenever I try to connect to MyBookLive from an internet connection elsewhere. I get the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 edition). Previously I could connect to it. 

Please advise what could be wrong?

My MyBookLive 3TB is hooked up to my Asus AC68U router at home and i have no problems streaming full HD videos over the local area network.
