I am using the wd backup software with my my cloud 4tb
In the back up file, new folders are added and backed up
In the iPad app for my cloud and the wd app my photos the folders are not changed or backed up, i e the app content stays static, is this correct and normal, do we manually add new folders for app access
Hi, that is correct, the iPad app doesn’t work as a backup program, you need to add the files manually. You can post the suggestion for future updates in the ideas board. Check the link bellow.
