Android app downloads to MY Cloud Public folder only

What the heck? Why can I not select the folder that I want the photos go to? They will only go into the Public folder.

Also, the files don’t go on the MY Cloud in order. When you have hundreds of photos, they all go on the MY Cloud in random order. It makes it really almost impossible to find or organize anything. Can someone help me with these organizational type questions?

Hello,

When you upload pictures using WD Photos it will upload them to the public pictures folder. You can suggest a change by posting your ideas in the ideas section.

This is in response to your second question. I looked at the order my photos are in and they are in order starting by number, the first number being 1 then 2-9. After numbers comes the alphabet A then B-Z.

All single pictures that are after the folders are done the same way.

I looked at my Public folder and the pictures I take with my cell phone camera that are uploaded through my Google account are in folders and after opening the folder the date and time each photo or video was taken is shown below it.
