Android app can't connect over internet, only WiFi

Hi,

I have a My Book Live 2TB, but I can’t get the “WD Photos” android app to connect to the MBL over internet. It connects and fetches images just fine over LAN with WiFi on the phone, but when I turn off WiFi on the smartphone and try to connect I get the error message “Unable to access device”. Although mobile data is activeted and “internet” works.

What is wrong?

Fixed! Reset remote access.
