Accessing wd2go

I’m trying to access wd2go via windows 7 and it shows my device and when I click it, it shows to download a app for Windows. I would like to see all. The files in windows explorer like a normal drive. I can use the we myccloud app and it work but there isn’t a open in explore option.

Unless you have a My Book Live, Duo, or My Cloud (single-disk), then WD 2go doesn’t support your drive.

All other NAS models are accessed using apps available for download.

Thanks for the reply, it’s really a useless app because you can only access one file at a time.
