Does the Mirror have a fan?

The EX2 apparently doesn’t have a fan (just uses convection to get rid of heat), so supposedly the drives get very hot. Does the Mirror have a fan (which would make it run louder but cooler)?

Where’d you see that? That’d contradict the published specs and user manual description…
The Mirror has the same descriptions in the manual about the internal fan…

I saw that in several places:

http://www.storagereview.com/wd_my_cloud_ex2_review

http://www.amazon.com/review/RRSJO3PWRJJG1/ref=cm_cr_pr_viewpnt#RRSJO3PWRJJG1

Quotes:

"Like the single-bay NAS, the EX2 is passively cooled, with venting around the top, back, and bottom allowing the drive to easily rid of its heat. "

“All of the units have active fan cooling except for WD - which cools by convection through numerous vents in the top and bottom. My concern here is twofold. First, and most obvious, is about overheating in a warm environment (like my home A/V closet). The second is what a great dust collector this will be. They me be non-issues but time will tell.”

Are you saying this is not true, and the EX2 does have a cooling fan?

Crazy inaccurate reviews drive me nuts.

At least, here:

… You can see the fan mentioned in the review shown in the picture.

Ah, awesome, that makes it clear. Inaccurate reviews indeed!
