The speed is too low

Can somebudy help me please !

I have ex2 device 8TB

it was working fine and the transmitting speed is fast.

But today when I tray to get a movie from it to my Hdd the speed did’t go above 900 kb !!!

I didn’t change the modem I was working on , so what it may the problem ?

Hi maaf4ever, have you tried some basic troubleshooting steps, like doing a powercycle or reset?

I tried it today and it was fine without doing anything !!!

but since you answerd me … resetting the ex2 isn’t gunna delete all data ?

With the system restore option you wont lose any data, check page 126 of the manual for more information.

page 126 of what manual?  MY EX2 did not come with a manual or cd…
