What is the meaning of an automatic firmware update if it still needs a human interaction?
Now i’m outside home and since i can’t reach the local control panel i’m destined to receive the alert every day still i’ll be back.
Is this normal?
If you select the auto update option, the EX2 will download and update the firmware automatically, once the update is installed the EX2 will prompt you for a reboot. For more information on this you can check page 131 of the manual.

could be great to be able to reboot remotely the device with a mail or a control panel.
