My passport wireless and my cloud

I bought my new passport wireless to use with my Ipad two weeks ago but can’t seem to make that happen . my cloud app is on my Ipad . i can see and connect with my passport wifi but when I open my cloud its say no wifi connection . I sent a few emails to WD support but no replies from they , can anyone on here help me before I return it to Cosco

Same problem here: The WiFi connection and connection via Safari to http://mypassport.local works fine, but connection via “My Cloud”-App is bot possible. Any successions? (All resets done, problem with multiple iOS devices, app already reinstalled.)

Try deleting and reinstalling the my cloud app on ipad.  The app works fine on mine and other’s ipads to access the MPW.

Can you post screen shots of your iDevice when this problem happens?  I’ve used the My Cloud app since the MPW first shipped and haven’t had any issues on any devices from my iPhone 4s, iPhone 6+, and iPad 3 and Air 2.
