Sorry about my English.
Now in my cloud app for iOS I can make automatically backups of photos and videos. To do that I had to select a folder to upload the files. I created a folder on public folder and the backup worked well. The problem is that wd photos don’t show the photos that my cloud app uploaded.
Anyone can help me?

The WD photos is designed to only work with the phone that are located on Picture>Shared Pictures.

Hi, you should be able to select any share to transfer the information using WD My Cloud app, so just selecting Public>Shared Pictures on the My Cloud app and uploading the pictures should suffice for the WD Photos to recognize them.
