WD MyCloud App - photos

I am able to search mycloud for each folder, and see the pictures in the folder, but when i click “photos” at the bottom to show the contents as thumbnails, it gives me “error 500.”  I was able to use the function yesterday, but now it doesn’t seem to be working.

any tips?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Have you cleared the cache on the app?

Have you tried using a code from the dashboard to link your phone with the My Cloud?
