WD My Cloud map a drive

I use to use wd2go.com to connect to my WD My Book Live Duo, then map a drive to explorer.
I did this so I could run robocopy of data from another NAS, through the internet to my NAS at home.

With wd2go down for maintenance I tried to find a similar option in the WD My Cloud app, but I cant see anything obvious.

Am I missing something or is there no way to do this until (if) they get wd2go back online.

Welcome to the Community.

The WD My Cloud app does not “map” the drive remotely like the WD2go website, and instead uses a visual user interface. This may not work with RoboCopy,

However, the new WD My Cloud portal (Formerly WD2go) is back online.

Thanks for the URL, but i logged in and cant see any way to map a drive to windows from there.

Also it gives a download for WD Sync, but that wont find my drive after installing and sigining it into my account.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
