I don’t see RAW (Canon CR2) and PSD files in the iPad/iPhone app and Quick view on Mac desktop. It is not that I don’t see the thumbnail. I don’t see the files at all.

I have not tried this, but actually the software should show all types of files even if they are not supported by the application, although this does not mean the files are not supported by the app. Lets see if another user can share some information or tips on this matter.
You can try recovering files using Stellar Phoenix Partition Recovery for recovering RAW or PSD files. Software can employ efficient scanning algorithm to deeply scan files and folders and recover them exactly in the state you’ve seen them previously.
