Ipad 2 Air - Email by Link Not Working

Hi,

I have bought a “Ipad 2 Air” and when using the WD Cloud app, the “Send By Link” is not working. In a simple way, it allows to choose the option and send the email, but the email does not has any link.

After search here on the forum i read that if i change the language of my Ipad that is currently in Portuguese - Portugal (PT-PT) to English it will work… but this is not a solution for me, because we need the Ipad to be in Portuguese language so my family can understand it because they don’t speak English.

So i need a solution for this problem. Can anyone from WD support or some user of this forum help me?
