I’m running version 4.4.1 of the My Cloud app and iOS 9.0.2. The app hasn’t been able to locate photos on my phone since the upgrade to iOS 9. I currently have over 100 photos stored locally on my phone but Public > Add Photo displays “All Photos (0)” when I try to upload any.

What have you tried so far? Did you rebuild the database within your WD My Cloud unit? Did you re-install the app?
