Can someone help me with gaining access to all my folders under My Shared Pictures of my 2TB MY Book Live that I’m access with the WD Photo App. I can see all my folders when getting into My Book Live through my networked PC but when using my iOS device I only see 4 of the 100+ folders that exists.

Have you tried reinstalling the WD Photo app? Also, you can try setting up the application manually entering the code from the dashboard of the drive.
